The site is simple to use and navigate. Each listing of a phone has it's rated quality as well as example pictures to show what to expect. My iPhone 12 Pro i ordered in Grade A condition came just a few days in absolutely perfect condition with no signs of it even being used.
I also use their store in Reservoir to fix my phone every time I crack my screen and they have a fast turn around and give you a choice between a Genuine or cheaper replica screen to choose from. From experience, the replica screen is just as good. Highly recommend this place.

Really fast service to the Gold Coast from Melbourne .It was A grade and it was like new with no scratches or dents.
