I have ordered a custom computer from these guys in the past. They were extremely efficient, friendly, and happy to explain specs, discuss details, and give me options. I received quotes from multiple companies before purchasing my new system. Photech was one of the cheaper quotes, but the deciding factor was the service 10/10.

Have you ever found yourself with a computer error or malfunctioning external HD and panic sets in? You need that essay, that legal document - all of those VIP documents that you've saved and the computer threatens to confiscate them into a cyber black hole without so much as a 'screw you?' - then, you need Photech. I had to ring them today when my HD malfunctioned. I spoke to a guy who was friendly, fast and efficient. "Come right down" he said. He plugged the HD in, made a quick assessment and said he'd give me a call. SAME DAY, he gives me a call with an exact quote, and realistic advice. He could have charged me top dollar in my state of anxiety but he didn't. They are Brilliant. When I told friends, I was told of similar stories where they've sent items free of charge, or fixed them so quickly, you barely miss them. Seriously - avoid the big places and go here.
