No. [redacted inflammatory comment]. They tried to over charge me and only after I asserted myself did they back off. Thay have a clear price list on their website for short, medium and long hair and my hair is barely touching the shoulders but they wanted to charge me for long hair. Their excuse is that my hair took longer because it was thicker than others. Well, that's how the industry works. You set the price and sometimes you get people with thicker hair and other times with thinner hair and in the end it levels out. [redacted inflammatory comment]. I have been going to hairdressers for over thirty years now not only in Australia but aslo in Europe, North and South America and Asia. This is the first time I have come across such blatant attempt to gouge the customer.

I've been going to Pierrot's for over 6 months now, and every time I've gone the service has been great. The staff are very friendly and listen to what I ask them to do with my hair. The price may turn some people off as it is quite expensive, but in my opinion it is definitely worth it.

$85 for a fringe is ridicolous especially since i was in the empty hair salon a total of 22minutes!!!

This was the most expensive fringe cuts I have had, the hairdresser put me in a chair that didn't work and when I explained it didn't work, she said yeah I know! there was no shortage of chairs as I was the only one in there. spilled water on my face when shampooing me, chattered incestuously the whole time about crap. And all I wanted was my fringe cut and to relax. There is no price list and they are always sending flyers with discounts... Wont ever go back or recommend.

Approximate cost: $85.00

Got a gift bag on my first visit. Aveda products. Great service. It was busy there and a bit noisy, but overall it I enjoyed it. The shampoo chairs are electric recliners and have a massage option.

Approximate cost: $100

Fantastic, I received a beverage of my choice (out of tea, coffee, juice etc) and a chocolate. I then had the choice of a free neck, head and face massage with a choice out of about 5 massage oils. I received a long relaxing scalp massage when my hair was being shampooed and conditioned. The hair stylists listened to exactly what I needed for my hair cut and executed this in a friendly and expert manner. Would recommend to anyone.

Approximate cost: $48
