I have just started Loretta's Pilate's classes and I have to say they are way better than any other Pilate's classes I have attended. I had almost given up on Pilate's, because I felt the workout wasn't strong enough for me. However Loretta, who has had years of experience as a personal trainer is a great teacher and has shown me how Pilate's can achieve a fantastic workout with great results when done properly. She is a passionate teacher who really cares about strength and fitness.
