Pine Discount Quality Furniture

We originally went into the Joondalup store and brought a king size bed and put a $400 deposit down on a couch. Our situation has changed and the couch we wanted will not fit in our apartment. After speaking to an employee at the store who was very nice I was then put through to customer service. I had asked if we could spend the deposit money on a bed for my daughter the total cost $368 and I told them they could keep the rest. The response I got back was I could get a $400 voucher but it had to be spent on an item that was the same amount as the couch $1599 so basically to use our $400 we have to spend an extra $1200 it’s an absolute joke as we can’t afford it. So thanks Joondalup store you have just robbed us of $400 dollars

Brought a leather suite in our local store 16 months ago and now the leather is peeling in various places , wrote numerous emails to head office too complain but they were not interested and very unhelpful and said "the warranty was for only 12 months" so they are not liable for any defects beyond this period . I then took the matter up with consumer advice and they were very helpful but sadly Pine Discount gave them the same answer " 12 month warranty get out clause"
Expensive and very poor quality would avoid this company at all costs.

Delivery service sucks. Still waiting for a chest of drawers on Saturday night and have just been told it should be after 6.30pm at night. Perth service. Brilliant isn't it.

You can get some good bargains here when you keep your eye out. I have found the service quite poor, and the staff never seem to want put themselves out for you and they never seem to have the furniture in stock.
And if they do you have to pick it up from Kenwick - even though your shopping in Joondalup or it's a $49 delivery fee.
