I've tried a number of pool shops on the northside and I can honestly say that Pine Rivers Hardware and Pool Shop beats most "hands down". The staff there have always been helpful and seem to have had the knowledge that I've required to maintain my pool in pristine condition. They also seem to be competitively priced and carry most of the products that I need.

Poor customer service and rude, dismissive manner

Fabulous hardware store. Not many of these little stores around anymore which is a shame. Greeted at the door, shown to the right aisles and even had my questions answered. The prices are pretty good too and they have a big range and plenty of stuff on the shelves. Mates told me the pool shop is pretty good too. They know their stuff and have the best prices around town so will be using them for that too. Keep up the good work, you provide service the way it should be. Thank you
