I called David to fix a leaking tap and ask for some advice on connecting town water to an acreage property with tank water. I found David to honest, prompt, reliable and reasonable in cost. I will use him again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend him to anyone.

I called David on a Friday as my hot water system was leaking and steaming(I thought it needed replacing),he arrived not long after to have a look. He returned first thing the next morning and installed a new one. Refreshing to meet an honest and professional tradesman. Called David on a public holiday at 7am. He was at house within the hour to fix the problem. He recorded on the receipt that he would return if problem occured again within 14 days. Toilet clogged again. David returned to investigate within hours on same day of contacting him again. He completed additional work at no charge. He honoured his commitment to ensure problem was resolved.

Needed a gas hot water unit replaced, called them and gave me a reasonable quote to replace, they said they would be around at 8am the next morning, they didn't show up until 11:30am. During the whole time of completing the job, they were on their mobile phone arguing with partner. When they finished the job they advised that it was going to cost an extra $500 as it took them longer then they had expected. We had to call another plumber 2 weeks later as they had not connected the unit correctly and the new hot water unit malfunctioned as a result of their installation. Very unprofessional and very below average work standard. Would advise to steer very clear of this company.

Had a blocked stinky pipe, called David and he was out and fixed the problem within the hour. Was able to pay instantly with credit card, so no rushing off to withdraw money or needing cash on hand. Friendly, fast & reliable, thanks so much David!

Kept me waiting for hours to perform a Water Efficiency Report (i.e. Flow rate, compliance level, etc). When they did turn up, we were told it was not possible and then they left. Now were in the process of getting a different plumber to complete this for us, at further expense to our time and effort. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I'd leave a rating of 0 stars if it were possible, but the website requires at least one....
