I was not a complete mess, but I had just had a week in bed with a back that just would not function properly. I had not been to a chiropractor before and I was not sure what to expect but had, I suspect, all the normal fears. Still, nothing else had helped so I decided that I needed to try this. Within a single visit Matt had me upright and mobile and most of the pain had gone. Within three visits I was better than what I had previously called "normal". Subsequent visits have addressed other issues that were not, by any means, pressing but Matt's efforts have helped a great deal. So, I can certainly recommend Matt's work. It has helped me considerably and now I visit every so often just for maintenance or if there is a specific issue. Oh, and Julie (the practice's receptionist) is considerate and friendly too. I am very happy!
