I was a member of this gym for a year. it is 24 hours which is great although i still never got there! you get a swipe card so you can access the gym after hours. there is a womens only section which i loved. you are also able to use the tennis courts at the back for free whenver reception is open. this gym was quite cheap. there is no pool but it has everything most people need.

Casual, laid-back, friendly. This is a small gym, but a good one with everything you pretty much need. They have a good range of classes and some very nice instructors.
