At its best, it can be a good italian bistro with smart surrounds, an upbeat tempo and good food. However, it is not always at its best, and in such cases the service leaves a lot to be desired.
This ranges from nonchalance from staff, inflexibility with menu adjustments for dietary requirements, tardiness of serving etc.
Given the plethora of choice close around... this eatery needs to step up its game.

I use to absolutely love Pinocchio's but over the last two months they have been having issues with their new chef i think as the food is nowhere near as good especially the calamari which used to be to die for. I'm hoping they bring back their old chef! PLEASE

Traditional and rustic - keeping it simple but special. I've eaten pizza around the world, but this has got to be one of my favorites (and that's saying something!). Staff are always friendly, and most have been part of the furniture for years. I still try to get there a couple of times a year.
