Called out to a washer repair but on inspection it had been resolved no call out fee great service!

Whirlpool front loader washing machine suddenly stopped working. Rang Troy that day problem was fixed and my wife had her machine back working by 1-30pm the next day. Very happy with this efficient fast no fuss local business.

The management of this business quoted me $30 to fix my vacuum cleaner. Later in the same conversation it was $44. I was informed by them that if the cost was likely to rise above this for parts or extra time they would call me for approval before they proceeded. When it was fixed a few days later and I came to pick it up the price had become $60. For obvious reasons I didn't have that much cash on me so I came back a few days later to pay. For some reason the price was now $66. Having said this I can't fault the repair job. So if you choose to use this business I recommend getting your first quote on paper so you can circumvent his business practices.
