The owner Bobbie- Jo is very rude and obnoxious .

I went here for a consultation and a follow-up appointment regarding a particular muscle issue. Perhaps I got the newly graduated physio, but they had no idea what was going on at my initial consultation, and had no solutions to offer or even ideas as to what was causing this particular muscular issue. I went back for the second appointment, since she said she'd look into things and see if she could find any additional information regarding my issue, but when I went back she started prodding at the wrong shoulder to start off with (having just consulted my chart) and admitted that she was still pretty much guessing and had encountered nothing like my situation before. The other physios in the building may be great, but I was less than pleased with my experience there.

I went to Pivotal Motion Physiotherapy for some postural advice and correction, and from the very minute I walked in the door I was well looked after. My physio was called Andrea, and she was the friendliest person I have met in a long time and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be going back here should I have any injuries in the future.

Deborah gave me a remedial massage on my shoulders and back. Whilst it was initally a little painful (due to some very tender muscles) the results were well worth the discomfort as my back and neck felt more relaxed than they had in months. I will definitely start becoming a regular client
