I was unsure when I first looked at the pizza that they served me. It had barely there toppings and a very thin crust (I like a bit of crust).. After tasting, I ended up eating 2 more slices than I would normally! So delicious. Using little ingredients but every bite is full of flavors. You can taste the freshness!!
Overall.... A small but cosy little Pizzeria. Plenty of parking..
If you do find yourself standing out front waiting for a table, there are plenty of reviews to read on the window. Including that of TV chef Matt Preston who says (surprise, surprise) quite a few GOOD things.

Best pizzas we have ever tried! The speck, gorgonzola and pear pizza is heaven! Love the sticky date pizza too. They are so good that we haven't tried any of the other pizzas! Staff are usually good except for one girl/lady who can't pronounce speck and reprimands you for pronouncing it correctly!

I had dinner at pizza espresso and it was great. The prices are really reasonable for the quality of the food. I really liked the thin crust pizzas.

Great little pizza place on Macedon Plaza, Lower Templestowe. The service is very friendly and if you don't have reservation they try to squeeze you in (which more than most places bother to do for the customer). The pizza is an excellent wood fire delight. Really worth to try if you are are around the area (just 15 km from Alexandra parade in Melbourne). BYO available ($2 corkcage)
