Delivery was 40mins late, barely any cheese on the pizza, customer service absolutely terrible to call and gave the run around until they hung up on me. Would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and order from Dominos or Manoosh.

Always on time. Food is very fresh and hot . Such a kind gesture from staff. Recommended

food was still hot when delivered but did lack topping. was ok value for money but only because we used a voucher. the cheesy crust is the best, not rubbery like others.

the food is not fresh the service is slow not within the 14min expected, the staff are not friendly. the pizzas are not made well, limited toppings, often not hot. the staff do not seem to maintain the highest levels of hygiene.

I have had a few bad experiences with the Revesby store, the first on a home delivery I phoned to complain as the pizza had hardly any toppings and no cheese, on the phone the manager phoned back to offer a replacement pizza next visit, when I next ordered to pick up my replacement pizza I was told that this offer had expired and was only available for 1 month (I was ordering 5 weeks later) at no point in time was I told that this had an expiry date and the manager didnt even appoligise.
The next was when I went to pick up an order there were aprox 20 people waiting to pick up pizza's, no particular line was made and basically the customer who screamed the loudest was who was served first. I could see pizza's that were cooked sitting on trays for the duration of my 20min wait, then to top off my experience the efpos machine had broken down for the night but no-one had been bothered to inform all waiting customers. Not happy Jan!!
I will stick with Domino's from now on, fast delivery and they have an excellent web based ordering system.
