The website and longer opening hours are really convenient, especially as my partner works late sometimes and it's more convenient to order in than make a home-cooked meal at 10pm-12am. Service is generally pretty decent. However, quality is hit or miss. In the past year, we've had orders arrive (from the Everton Park, QLD store) with too few toppings on the pizza/s, missing extra toppings we ordered, with toppings that had slipped off the pizza and were in the side of the box, and orders that were missing items (such as chocolate dipping sauce; we have gotten in the habit of ordering an extra in case they forget to include the chocolate dipping sauce with the fudge brownies). Several times we have received a 'free next meal' as a result of these issues. That all said, when they get the order correct, it's generally very good.

Didn't really have a good experience with the website. It's really nice and convenient that there's the option but sometimes the site is buggy and the orders don't go to the checkout. It does work most of the time but on those occasions its really annoying. The pizzas aren't too special though they do satisfy the pizza craving. On a plus side, the delivery is nice and quick.

Easy to use website, we ordered our pizza on the 2 hour drive down and could book in a time for pick up, called in picked up pizzas in time for the grand final at the brother in laws house a fabulous idea especially when traveling!
The pizzas themselves were also delicious!

Definitely one of the best places around Sydney to order your pizza. Pizza hut offers a wide variety of pizza styles and toppings to suit the tastes of many people!
Not to mention, easy prices for those on budget, and pizza that the whole family can enjoy!

Never had a problem with the website. Easy to use and very convenient. Wide range and good pizzas with good crusts. Speedy delivery after you place an order. I find it easier ordering this way so I can choose from the menu from home
