I had my car smashed into by another driver. My car was deemed a write off, and I did not have insurance. My confidence was shattered, and I was feeling quite low. That is until I spoke to Sandra from PJ's Panel Repairs. I found them online via a google search ‘car accident, no insurance, not at fault', and when I explained what had happened, she advised they would be able to assist me.
The service was professional and more than I expected. I really felt like she actually wanted to help me, and help me she did.
For my own reasons, I withdrew my insurance claim, but Sandra and Paul's assistance didn't stop there. I was in the market for a new car – and Sandra helped me here too.
After the accident, I felt all alone – but once speaking to Sandra, I felt like I had someone on my side, fighting for me and there to support me. This alone, made the whole process bearable.

Awesome. Quick, honest, doesn't try to rip you off. Great bloke to deal with. I saved at least $500 by going to pjs instead of the shops around Richmond, where they just want to get as many numbers through the door as possible and aren't too fussed about the result. Speaking from previous experience.

Pjs has genuine good old fashioned service, that's hard to find especially in the automotive industry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend pjs, quality of work is second to none.

As a middle aged woman walking into an all male Panel repair environment can be daunting. Pj's Panels made me feel as if I was a family member. I had damage to my baby 2005 pulsa r/h front panel.
