Really bitter people work here. We used them for some time and the fabulous nanny was the only reason why we stayed. Disgustingly rude people at their office and the arrogance was off the charts. Always excuses. You are a business - run fairly ethically and stop the excuses - it’s not okay.

I called to look for information on getting a nanny. I was told at first that someone would call me back later in the day and I waited for a week. I then called again and left a message but never received any call back until today. Very disappointing.

I have tried to contact them on several occasions looking for information on getting a nanny. They never answer their phone and when they did I was rudely told they would not be able to help me. I can't recommend their service as I have not received any as yet.

I am a Nanny who has worked for Placement Solutions for since 2005. I have found them to be hard working and very hands on. The staff there go out of there way to find solutions and help those they are dealing with. I consider this agency to be one of the very best in Melbourne. I have only had good experiences with them onboard and have only high praise for their efforts.

We contacted this guys early in the year because we wanted to get a Nanny for our children and they advertised that they were the only Nanny agency to be a registered carer, meaning that we would get the higest possible CCB rebate. They got us a Nanny, who then left to go back to school after only a few months, left us hanging for weeks looking for another - at which point we got a string of unsuitable's. At the end, we had a nanny who wasn't showing up for work and they weren't doing anything about it. Our children were devestated that they weren't able to say goodbye to this girl.
