From ongoing personal experience their service rates as extremely poor. Internet Support do not respond to eMails with enquiries requesting support. Internet Support do not return telephone calls. The service blocks a significantly large number of professional eMail subscriptions, eMails from professional colleagues and associates, as well as blocking many out-going eMails. Research indicates they are Blacklisted as SPAM hosts.
They appear to be only interested in collecting money from accounts with no intention of providing an efficacious service in return, which includes very poor line speeds.
Consequently, I wouldn't recommend Planet Ozi and it's subsidiaries to any one and do not warrant any positive rating.
