Customer service was great, I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, and the girl was very friendly and offered help if required, but wasn't pushy at all.

alright, bit overpriced, but not unlike any other surf shops, range of options, staff are a bit umm.. not unfriendly but uninterested. for children too.
