If given a choice I would give 0 stars. I'm preparing to sell my car so took it to Platinum today to have it cleaned at a cost of $50. I paid extra to have bugs removed from front of car and showed clean.er before I left car. When I returned I noticed the bonnet had been damaged and there was paintwork about the size of a 10 cent missing. When I questioned what had happened to the bonnet, I was told it was like that when the car was dropped off. It was then condescendingly suggested that I hadn't noticed the damage. I responded thbat I wasn't stupid and would have noticed the damage. The internal vacuuming was also of average standard and not pdeoperly done. I would advise any car owner to never entrust their car to this business. The staff are unwilling to accept responsibiliy, only money, and are insulting in their attitude towards customers. Car owners beware !!!

Customer service is zero to none, the person I dealt with presuming she was [redacted due to personal identifier] was rude and aggressive. Prices posted on the board is just for show as she quotes whatever she feel like it. I was slap with an extra $5 for extra "dirty" car which is not stated anywhere on her price board. [redacted due to inflammatory racial comment]
