Initially I had been told about 5 days for my damage to be repaired. I had organised a hire care for the duration. Not only did it take 11 days, but I never received 1 phone call from them at all. After about 5 days I preceded to go in every day to check the progress. On the 11 day I made a phone call in the afternoon and was promptly told my car was ready the day before. If it was not the closest insurance repairer to me, I would gone elsewhere. Not a happy camper.
