I am very pleased to be working here with Platinum. The support I have received in the past 6 months has been phenomenal and I could not think of anything better. I thoroughly enjoy working with all of the clients I have visited and I feel like I have created a special bond with each of them. Whenever I go out into the community, clients often express how pleased they are with Platinum’s services – many wish they had us all the time! I do not have any complaints at all about my experiences working here with Platinum.

One particular morning I visited a client and we spent a wonderful morning together doing some shopping and getting coffee. She was such a kind lady and we had a great chat! This really made me think how lucky I am to work here at Platinum and what an experience it is.

Working for Platinum Healthcare was one of the best decisions I made while studying to become a Paramedic. The job has allowed me to meet and care for such wonderful people from all walks of life. Meeting new and interesting people each day made this job dynamic and challenging. Each person is an individual and learning to tailor care to suit each person gave me invaluable skills to use throughout my career.

Working within the community was a very special opportunity. As a carer you build special relationships with clients as sometimes we can be the only companionship a person may have. To have clients welcome you into their homes, waiting for your arrival eagerly, is a rewarding experience.

I am so thankful that Platinum Healthcare Group was able to work around my university schedule, this has allowed me to complete my degree and work part time concurrently. Platinum Healthcare has wonderful team spirit and organization. Despite often working as a single carer out in the community, knowing that a friendly voice was always at the other end of the phone made me feel completely safe and never alone. The support for their clients and staff has always been above and beyond any of my expectations.

From the initial contact everything was done in a very professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and there was not a problem finding a carer that was suitable for my son. The carer is a lovely young lady who is punctual, professional and most of all very caring.

The team at Platinum are without exception the most helpful and supportive group of people I have met in the field of aged care. They treat my 90 year old mother with great respect and gentleness. I feel that when I need extra help they are always there to support me too.

The office staff handle the bookings very promptly, take time to match the Care Givers to Client needs/preferences etc. and the Care Givers provided by Platinum have been very caring, thoughtful and respectful of my friend (the Client). He enjoys their visits.

I have 2 elderly family members who require support in the home to maintain there independence, Platinum make this possible! We have a continuity of the most wonderfully dedicated carer's & THIS IS ESPECIALLY important when you have family who suffer with Alzheimer's & Short Term Memory Loss. The whole team, at Platinum work tirelessly to accommodate individualized routines & time frames to suit their clients & achieve this with grace & the the utmost of professionalism.
