We called Platinum plumbing to come and have a look at a blocked drain at our house. Ben the plumber arrived and used the CCTV camera to inspect the pipe. Here we were thinking it was a small blocked drain - it turned out to be a collapsed pipe! Ben was great, he showed us the footage, exactly the sections that needed to be repaired. It was a big job in the end, excavating our front yard. But they were great throughout the whole process. Thanks Platinum for a job well done!

We had to call a plumber on a Sunday to fix a broken tap. Was worried we wouldnt be able to find one or worse - it was going to cost us a fortune! But when we called Platinum Plumbing, a polite young man answered and told us that it would be no problem to attend to the broken tap. The plumber was at our place very quickly, had the exact part needed and got the tap fixed. We were very happy with the service & would use Platinum Plumbing again.

Fantastic service from Platinum Plumbing. I arrived home to find my kitchen flooded from a pipe that had burst under the sink. The plumber from Platinum Plumbing came out within the hour & stayed until 2am to fix the job! Now thats what I call commitment. He was very polite, professional and did a fantastic job. We needed a new Hot Water Heater Installed in our property. Friends of ours recommended we use Platinum Plumbing Solutions and were happy we did. They came out, talked us through the options & suggested a new Rheem Gas Hot Water System. They talked us through all the options and the installation so we were kept in the loop. Fantastic job Platinum Plumbing - now we can continue to enjoy our long hot showers!

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING BUSINESS!! I called Platinum plumbing to fix a storm water problem and was sent two people who looked like apprentices and had little knowledge of how to proceed. They had no wet weather gear and so were unwilling to walk in the flooded zone to try unblocking the drain and instead decided to try unblocking it through a service pipe. I told them that a previous plumber had advised me that there was no point trying to unblock the pipe with high pressure hosing as it was full or roots and needed something which would cut these away. They ignored this and instead fed a very thin hose down the service pipe. They did this for an hour and a half until they came across an obstruction and basically threw their hands up. When I enquired about the free camera inspection as advertised on their website they told me that yes it was free, however if the camera became stuck that we would have to pay $2000 to replace it. So basically they left, we were still flooded and none the wiser and had to pay them $400 for their efforts of shoving a hose down a pipe for an hour and a half!! When I called to make a complaint about all of this I was told by the management that they would call me back. I was never contacted again.

Was looking for a local plumber in Sydney. Our experience of most plumbers has been waiting around the whole day for them to arrive or not turning up at all, but Sam from Platinum Plumbing gave us a time he would be there & arrived on time... he even called when he was on his way.
