I bought a groupon voucher to use here a few days before my wedding for a microderm abrasion. I was so excited as I've never had one of these before!. The problem is I had real trouble finding the place as it is tucked away down an alley way in Martin Place - I was flustered as I rushed there from work, it was dark and I don't know the city too well. Regrettably I arrived about 15 minutes late for my appointment, which they they said was too late. It was the last day of the voucher and they would not let me reschedule to another day. Although it was my fault I was devastated they did not let me move my appointment day, especially when I explained it was for my wedding. If they showed some leniency they would have got a lot more business from me. I complained to groupon about it and they said it was at the discretion of the business so its clear they could have easily rescheduled. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth - I certainly wont be booking another appointment as they don't have any empathy for their customers.

After a recent trip to see a friend..we both went to the Platinum Skin Centre. Wow...brilliant service! Just a breath of fresh air.. Had some waxing done, an eyebrow shaping and the prices were great. Felt very looked after. Thanks.. I will certainly be recommending this place..for sure!

I have bought a few different voucher as a way of trying out different salons. I can honestly say that Platinum Skin Centre is the only salon I have returned to. I have been having SPL laser hair removal treatments at that salon and have been very impressed with the results. The laser therapists there are very knowledgeable and the service is great, I have even recommend them to my friends. Thanks Girls x

I've been going to Platinum Skin Care for my SPL treatment and the staff are very welcoming and professional. They are always ready to start my appointment on time especially since i have to book treatments in my lunch hour. Have recommended this place to several friends also. Looking forward to my facial and massage i've got coming up too!

Jennifer's waxing technique is clean, efficient and I've had great results, the colour you tinted my brows was spot-on and my lash tint didn't sting (where it always has with other therapists). I have been coming to Platinum Skin Centre for a few months now to have my waxing done, the therapists introduced me to SPL laser, i am now having this instead of waxing and I'm really happy with the results. I would recommend this treatment and salon to everyone.

I recently went to platinum skin centre, and had a facial treatment. I have to say I've been to many spa's and this is far the most heavenly, I will defiantly be going back. If you want to be pampered by a therapist who cares and actually knows what they are doing then head to platinum fast!!

these girls are great. i went to have lashes tinted and it the best tint i've ever had. i have really blonde lashes and find many beauticians fail to get right along the lid and the blonde roots ruin the look. i also has my brows tinted and shaped. the beautician recommended trying a new shape and they look fab! i'm definetly going there again!
