I visit this store regularly, being a fan of this store i always like to see whats new and whats on offer.
They sell new balance shoes and having bad feet find that I can only wear new balance sneakers/casual shoes.

Earlier this year i found a trendy pair of new balance, having been to the store a few times, received no caring service.

After complaining to head office and being offered a discount i got the shoes i wanted. The shoes here are quite pricey and good service needs to given.

I based my service score on the sales staff, the Sales Manager was great when he approached me about the service problem.

I am a fond shopper of these stores, I love the shoes and styles.
