I took my son to see a doctor at this clinic as he had, what looked like, school sores.
She took one look at him and , basically, told me it was my fault. She said that I should have been to see her earlier (he woke up with it the day I went).
She kept calling me “Mama” and, before I left, said “so, I hope you’ve learnt something today, Mama”. Yes, I did learn something. I learnt that I will never go back to her again!

I will never be going here again. I was late for an appointment because of traffic and I accept that was an issue on my behalf, however that does not mean I have to be talked to rudely! The receptionist yelled at me just for coming in late, pointed to the clock and said obnoxiously: "can't you see the time!" She continued to verbally abuse me which is unacceptable especially for a medical clinic where people are ill and deserve the utmost care!

Recently went in to see about a maternity related issue. I saw Dr. Nawinda Artthanaphol - I was very impressed - she has an excellent manner with patients and is very knowledgeable. She asked lots of questions and offered numerous suggestions and generally put me at ease. Unfortunately her schedule is very limited as it would be great to have her as my full time physician for myself and my son. The reception team at Plenty Valley are very understanding and courteous and in general you are able to get an appointment the same day, although on one occasion I called first thing in the morning and they were booked up for the day. I would definitely recommend this clinic and the doctor I saw.
