We required extensive rectification works , and Gary and Dylan were open about the costs and the amount of work needed to correct the issues, they carried out the work in a quick and efficient manner , we would recommend them any day, they're just brilliant.

They are always pleasant and responsive on the phone. And resonably priced.
I had only luke warm water from my hws and Dylan came out quickly to change a broken thermostat.
Unfortunately, next day, saturday, i still didn't have hotwater.
Dylan came out again within the hour and double checked everything and it turned out to be a power fail as well.
I was impressed at how he came back out on a weekend so promptly, to try to get my problem fixed.(no charge)
He rang back straight away to talk to me about the problem.
I had asked him if i would be up for a new hws soon, as it was pretty old. He said my hws was only 17 yrs old and I'd probably get 20-25yrs out of it, so a few years life left. - great to have this knowledge.
I got a sparkie to fix the power board issue.

Gary and Dylan arrived as promised, promptly and efficiently cleared our problem blockage and provided good advice on future issues. They also replaced a leaking tap mixer with a quality product. All at a very good price. We will definitely call them again if needed.

I called Plumb Works to get a quote on their labor rate and callout fee (I was calling around) and when I explained my issue, Gary actually gave me some tips on how to fix it without coming out and charging a call-out fee! I really appreciated that because the other plumbers wanted to come out and charge me for something that could end up having a really simple solution.

I called Gary to install a new toilet in my en-suite bathroom, as I had been advised that the existing toilet was ‘beyond repair’. After inspecting the existing toilet he advised me that it was - in fact - repairable and carried out the repairs on the spot, saving me the cost of purchasing a new toilet. How good is that? Gary is now my ‘go-to’ plumber and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and colleagues.
