A Loan Car was promised at time of booking and they provided one which was unroadworthy. This dampened my experience with PNG immensely. I had to ask to borrow my Dad's car for the day, which wasn't ideal.
They were good enough to wait after hours for me, as my work day is slightly longer than theirs.
They completed the service on my car and it is running much better now, but rather than call to tell me what needs fixing, and fixing it on the day if I agreed, they just listed the parts & services required on the invoice - so now I have to re-book it in to get those things fixed (and organise alternate transport).
Found the service lacking. They didn't seem to understand that to get repeat business, customer service is just as important as the service on the car.
Had a 90,000k service done.
Not sure how I feel about using them again.
I certainly won't bother with a loan car from them again.
