Every time I go too Wellington Point I always purchase something from Point of View Cafe, whether it be an ice cream, drink or hot food. The service is always prompt and efficient and the atmosphere is so relaxing by the water.

My wife and I were feeling a bit housebound and decided to go for a short drive down the road to wellington point reserve. Whilst down there we visited point of view cafe. I ordered a banana shake and cake, my wife a nice coffee and a big slice of chocolate cake. The service was great, my only annoyance was that it was absolutely packed and noisy. The food was great though and I can't fault that, I just wanted somwhere a bit more quiet to relax, but I still enjoyed it.

A good lunch, not a great lunch. We had the 2 person pack, which included two pieces of cod, small chips, some calamari and a couple of seafood sticks for $23 - this was pretty good value to be honest, but the girl on service got it wrong - I specifically asked for one battered, one crumbed, but they both came out crumbed - not to worry, a little more attention to customers wouldn't go astray. Chips weren't too terrible... great location though, which gets this place over the line.

I did not have a particularly good experience with this business. I purchased a snapper and snaps from the fish and chip shop. The chips were fairly soggy and not particularly good quality. The snapper I purchased wasn't very well cooked with almost half of it not even cooked all the way and looking quite raw. The service was quite amateurish and not that great. The only good thing is that they provided a refund for the poorly cooked fish and they do provide good quality desserts.

We had a great and very remember able lunch. The food was amazing and we still talk about it sometimes. It was busy yet the staff were friendly and helpful when called upon for assistance.

I go here with my Nan often and we always enjoy our lunch. It can get quite busy though as it is a very small shop, however the food always tastes nice.

This is a great little place to have some lunch. They is a fish and chip shop and restaurant side by side. So there is what ever you're in the mood for. I mostly go to the fish n chip shop. It's busy but the food is quite good and i have never had any problems there.
