Polelicious Pole Fitness

We had arranged a private class for a friends bachelorette night and where greeted with sumptuous champagne and nibbles. The class is extraordinary and so much fun! Our instructor was incredibly helpful, as well as talented herself. It was a really great time and everyone had fun and was able to participate. I highly recommend this studio and activity even if your not celebrating your last weekend of 'freedom' this is such a great exercise! It's so much fun and you don't feel sore until the next day (I was incredibly sore) which proves it was a great workout!
