great dog groomer, through and kind to the dogs. my dog always comes back smelling great and wagging his tail. never scared to go to see jo

Not happy with the service. I was told my dog needed to be taken else where because staff wasn't able to hold him (Maltese breed) and would put a mussel on him when staff shaved him. I picked him up "half shaven" and took him else where. At the other dog groomers the lady shaved him completely on her own and never used a mussel. He a good dog and iv never had anyone have an issue with him for 6 years until I came to pooches professionals. Also not mention how rude staff spoke to me on how I take care of my dog! (Not happy)

Fantastic service. Can tell Jo really loves her job and my dog looks and smells terrific. Will be back
