My cavoodle Lilly loves going for her groom she loves the girls and she always looks beautiful after her grooming and the staff listen to how you want your dog to look .and my sons cavoodle loves going there too .
Lovely friendly staff and I am so glad my daughter-in-law told me about pooches parlour.

I was late for an appointment lAst week and was told by the girl that I would have to pay the full price for a groom and pre pay for the next groom. I accepted and paid both fees although I thought paying full price for the late fee was excessive, Especially considering the staff member told me they were not that busy at the period because of the cold snap and people were not shaving their dogs as much as usual. I dropped my dog off on the next appointment in time and He was collected by a staff member who was friendly but didn’t say anything. I received a phone call at 3pm saying that because I didn’t pick up my dog I would be fined a $25 fee for daycare.. when I said that it was ridiculous the girl on the phone said it was explained to me when I dropped my dog off, that was a total lie. I did not have any contact with that girl when dropping my dog off and there was no explanation as to any fee for picking him up late. I was irate that this girl lied and I let her know it, 5 minutes later the manager Jenny called me and tried to say I was in the wrong and I was abusive. OMG I explained to her that I was less than impressed and considerably offended that the staff member had lied to me, but she progressed to take the lie to a new level and tell me that as I was walking out the door the other staff member approached me and explained these extra fees. This did not happen at all, and the fact that Jenny would come out with such an unbelievable story was even a greater insult. I am also a business owner and would defend my staff with much vigour if they are correct and performing their duties well, it if they lie and make stories like what transpired here as A manager I make it my job to verify exactly what occurred before insulting my clients as Jenny proceeded to do to me.
I will never take my pet to her place again and feel insulted that she would accuse me of such poor behaviour when it was not at all justified or substantiated. Poor form poochies parlour

I take my dog here and she loves it. Clipping, washing, treatments, nail polish painting, it all happens here at Poochies. They even have doggie day care. The owner loves each dog as though its her own.
