I had often walked my dogs past Poodle Blossom's window and was always impressed by Jen's gentle and caring ways with the dogs she was grooming. For the first time recently, I decided to have my dogs groomed. The elder is four years old and very timid and sensitive and the younger is one and doesn't like being brushed. I was a little nervous about leaving them, but any concerns were unfounded. They were so happy (and pretty) when I picked them up. Now, they will not let me walk them past without popping in to say hello to Jen. Now I know that they love to be groomed, I will save my back and let Jen do the baths.

A great groomer that I have referred many people to who have all been impressed with the standard delivered by this grooming salon.

The management staff of this business is incredibly unprofessional, before I was even able to ask a question the management staff advised me that no they dont do grooming. The management staff then proceeded to hang up in my ear before I could even get a question out! There are plenty of reputable breeders in Malvern East, don't let you best friend go to this one.
