Placed an order online, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong light color then sent an email to them within seconds of ordering as the confirmation email said to do this if I had any problems. Then the next day they basically said order sent to bad. Cannot do anything about it. Do not order online from these guy. worst customer service ever.

This company sold a defective item and while they did offer a refund of the purchase price, they would not cover the return postage fee. This is a direct violation of Australian Consumer Law, as well as their own policy. The staff that I dealt with in relation to this matter, were incredible rude and couldn't really care less about the issue. I would NOT deal with them if you have another option.

Spent $1200 on a robotic pool cleaner in late 2017. It's broken down twice now. Called Pool & Spac Warehouse and they couldn't care less and the woman on the phone couldn't even be bothered to help me find a repairer because I'm in Melbourne and she was in NSW. Poor Poor Poor

These guys were doing regular pool cleaning on the pool when we bought the house. The pool always looked a bit greenish so we assumed that was what it was supposed to look like (First time pool owners) We continued to pay them to clean the pool and to show us how to maintain the pool ourselves but the time was never really given to us.
I finally went in one day and told them about the colour of the water and it was suggest we needed to clarify - which we did and finally the pool looked amazing then I wondered why on earth this had never been done before, then we realised the solar pump was not working yet in the pool inspection report they supplied to us when we bought the house this was never mentioned!
Then things just didn't add up - one would say do this then another worker there would say do something different.

We found another pool maintenance company - way cheaper, way more willing to talk about what he was doing, will replace the pump at a third of the price these guys quoted. And the pool looks better than ever!

I found that the prices, particularly online are very competitive. I did receive some poor advice regarding purchasing a saltwater chlorinator (the fittings size was all wrong). Other than that, if you know what you want, they have a good range, and a very competitive price.

Needed some pool items and had been given the run around by other similar businesses in the area. These guys were helpful and did not patronise me as a woman. I intend to get them to provide ongoing maintenance.
