MY pool has been in poor condition for a couple of months and I have been using Poolmart success in an attempt to fix it, but they made it clear to me today they have just been guessing and have no idea how to fix a pool problem, they just through random chemicals at you hoping for some results, draining your wallet in the process

My pool went green two days after a test and treatment because they "forgot" to do a phosphate test but it still cost me $200 extra for the treatment for that, I wonder if they really forgot, is some sort of money making scheme

They have sold me a mineral removing chemical that even there own computer system reads that it has not done anything,

After all that they have now threatened to start charging me $15 for each water test even though I have spent thousands in there, I will never be walking through those doors again

Rude staff who make you feel like you've put them out. As a pool novice I wanted my water tested every 2 weeks just to make sure everything was ok. They clearly weren't happy about doing it and were going to charge me even though I was happy enough to buy all my pool supplies through them. Definately wont be going back to them.
