I went to Poolmart Xmas Eve as my pump had broken I left it there for them to look at they called and said it needed a new pump Steve said he would come out after work and install it he came at 6.10pm put the new pump in and said id there were any problems to ring him Xmas day and he would come out that is what I call above and beyond service I would not hesitate to recommend Poolmart Joondalup.

bought a new suction pool cleaner on the Saturday, called the shop to state that it was not working, took it back the next day, the guy in the store tested it and confirmed that it was not working, but refused to give me another off of the shelf, instead he said it was company policy to send it back to the manufacturer, the store sold a confirmed, faulty product, and refused to replace it. not the type of customer service people deserve at all

Purchased 3 barra hoses at Poolmart Joondalup $65.85. Was not sure about the color. Sales person said that I can TAKE THEM AND return at any time if not color do not match. What a lie!!
Quite sad that this store refuses to give me a refund after the product was returned within 1 hour. I do not want store credit I want my money back.
BEWARE of this brand and this store as you will not get your money back if you make the incorrect purchase. BAD PROFIT & BAD BUSINESS
