Every time I have been in there, they have been so helpful and always very cheerful and polite. They are a wealth of knowledge on pools, spas and everything associated with them.
After visiting another local pool store and being ignored on three different occasions, I went to Poolside Aqua Activities. The difference was FANTASTIC.. Friendly, helpful, courteous, not over the top expense wise. I would recommend them to EVERYONE who has a pool or is thinking of getting one.
