Having been over quoted for new chlorinator by prev pool shop and told our cell was ok, we had 2nd opinion from Tom at Poolwerx Kingsley, who found both faulty. Had we replaced only chlorinator, and later cell, we would have paid so much more than complete unit up front. Came out, fixed all problems, no bill till we were totally happy, huge discounts. Have bought new pool blanket since, Tom's price cheaper than if we'd gone through pool blanket supplier direct. Nothing is too much trouble. All staff efficient, friendly.
