I recently started using these guys after some horrendous experiences with another, local ccompany. I can say that the Poolwerx team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and while they may be a touch more expensive than other places. the service is second-to-none.
I'd recommend these guys over any other pool maintenance companies in our area - without so much as a second thought.

We called the local poolwerx franchise in and they were exemplary, it was an emergency, and their people were more than willing to help. They may not be the cheapest in the business, but they just might offer the best service and knowledge around, so I will use them again.

Fantastic help with advice and service. the technician was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, fixed the problem without drama, and offered to come back by providing his business card if anything went wrong

They came out to inspect my pool pump. I expected to pay a service call out fee, but he told me the pump was not fixable & he didn't even charge me a $50 call out fee. Very happy.

I visited their store near Loganholme on three different occasions and on each occasion I walked out without being served. I waited and waited and waited. I eventually went to another store across the motorway and spent nearly $1500.00. Their loss......

Excellent customer service. They supply all the products needed to maintain your pool, you can take your pool water to be tested at no cost. They will also come to your home if required.
