Poolwerx Samford charged us for 3 green pool cleanups 3 months running without identifying what the problem was, despite emails saying they would look into it. The final bill (after already forking out over $700) was the final straw. Another invoice for a green pool clean and the pool looked very average with a green ring still on the bottom, so I asked another company to come and take a look. The other company immediately identified the problem and rectified it (clearing up the algae that poolwerx failed to pick up as well as replacing some faulty equipment). I have had no problems since using this other pool company, in fact the pool has never looked better. When I brought this up with poolwerx samford, I was subjected to major bullying tactics and sent to their debt collectors with no discussions or compromise at all. I tried to go through the Office of Fair Trading to mediate but poolwerx samford were not in the least interested in resolving the matter amicably. Now I am getting calls from their debt collector threatening me with legal action so I have no choice but to pay for a service that was not satisfactorily delivered.
I would highly recommend you steer clear of this company. Atrocious customer service with no idea about resolving legitimate disputes.
Unless you’re prepared to take legal action there is no point questioning shoddy service or unfair pricing. Both of which were all we received from them.
