First time using this company. Good selection & great products. Very disappointed with lack of initial customer service regarding delivery. After placing the order we were advised delivery would be up to 3 days away (which was quite surprising) & that someone would get back to us advising a day/time, however, no one did.
We waited a few days for the call, but had to ring back only to be told 'the delivery schedule was getting done this morning & someone will call you'. Again no one rang, so yet again had to make another phone call & getting quite irritated by this point.
Another similar company operates not far from us who also provide delivery service - offering same day or at the least next day delivery, which is what we expected, especially when we only had a few days off work to get gardening done.
Eventually got our products which we are happy with, however, if we get the 'run around' next time we won't be proceeding with order.

I have been using Poos Aint Poos for the past 30 years, I've won Council prizes for the best garden in the Street, not my doing, The plants love it (except natives) Its the BEST, you wont find anything better.

I have used this company twice in last 3 months. Product is great, cost effective and also have specials so you get bags free. They are also friendly, helpful people to deal with which in this day and age can be a bit unheard of. They are more than happy to leave delivery if you are not home just pre arrange pick up of money.

Best value to add to my garden. Very safe product no nasties are found later growing in your lovely garden great find!! ta

This company is great, love the home delivery and the free bags offer. Even if your not home they are happy to leave the product and collect the money from a prearranged place. Will be using the again

Very helpful I wasn't sure what i needed for my garden they gave me plenty of advice. I got my delivery within a few days, I also recieved a free bag and free delivery. They also had a service for putting the mulch down. They have specials so I could get more free bags.
