Popcorn Films is a scammer. He will take a deposit from you and then he will not show up. Imagine hiring someone to record your wedding day and then they will not meet with you or speak with you AT ALL leading up to the day and it is too late to get anyone else because they are all booked. Scammer who changes phone numbers every other week.

Please, please, please do not waste your hard earned money on this man. Took our deposit, and then on the morning of our wedding sent a different videographer. Even had the audacity to text me days later to ask what music we wanted for our edit. Then - nada. He disappears, does not answer emails and calls. I went to the address listed on his ABN and it’s fake - he didn’t live there. He also scammed the videographer - hired him day prior with no payment... 5 months later I have the videographer tracking me down on Facebook because he was never paid and still had the footage. We came to a separate arrangement so I could at least own some footage from our day. But he has his $1000 deposit and has never been heard of again.

Paid [Removed name] from popcorn films in full for our wedding on the 24/11/18
The morning of the wedding I got a text saying he is sending another videographer as he is sick, this was done.
However to this day almost 2 years later we have not received our video or any content at all we have asked for our video or our money back and all we get is constant excuses.
Beware do not book [Removed name] (he often changes his name) or popcorn films and be tricked into paying in full for a good price or better deal.
I regret not getting the details of the guy who filmed our day as our footage is out there somewhere.

Poor communication and did not provide us with our wedding footage until we took him to court. When we received it is was really poor quality, I have friends that have also not received their wedding footage after years, do not recommend him or this company

My wife and I are so thankful we found this team. Popcorn Films somehow managed to capture everything and we barely even noticed them on the day!!

They have such a dedicated team and you were a pleasure to deal with from our initial meeting to post wedding, and delivered exactly what we were looking for.
