Absolutely discussed with the level of care . they misdiagnosed my dog with something she did not have received funds from me and my partner then were told she will die in 24hrs time. After that we were locked out the front until everyone left I sat outside with my dying dog on the floor . no compassion for anything and complete disregard for my animals health very unprofessional in my opinion. I took her to Baldivas vet where she was properly diagnosed with a closed pyometra they took care of my little girl and saved her life she is now fighting fit healthy and I've never seen her happier.

Wasn't real happy with vet , id gathered several quotes for desexing , this vet was on the average cost with other providers local, which they supplied in writing , booked in on arrival they indicated there was additional costs , fluids $100 , not sure what in it maybe VB ,had to go to work so it was like it or lump it, I found these add on at last minute unprofessional , looking for another vet. They have a neat and tidy waiting room. Receptionists are kind and helpful too. The vet was efficient and professional while treating my cat. I was very satisfied with the service that was provided from this vet hospital. If you live in this area i highly recommend this vet for your pet.

I used this vet for my animals until my precious 14 year old dog had a heartattack, brought her down the girl behind the counter had no compassion at all, had to tell her she was hurting my dog as she lifted her and made her cry. They would not let me be in the room as she went to sleep, all I could do was cry. Store is nothing special and do not make you animal and you feel important

we used this service to micro chip our pup RUSTY and found them very professional and respectful of our needs as we are very fortunate that the animal services in our area of Rockingham city are a very committed group of professional so heaps of love and thanks to those who choose vet science as a career path as i know that GOD is in the Dogs (read dog backwards and you will see God also lol

Very compassionate people, helpful and have made my visits to the vet a good experience. would recommend them. When my pet died the staff were kind hearted and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I get another cat.

Our dog hates the vet and will do anything to get out of there....but the friendly staff offer her a treat to make her feel comfortable (a nice touch) I felt comfortable with the vet checking our dog and she explained things very thoroughly to make sure we understood.

My dog has been going to see the vets at Port Kennedy now for 7 years, she loves going, which makes it a whole easier for me to take her. The Reception staff know her name and she knows them and where the doggy treats are kept. The staff are all lovely, the staff I would like to thank are my recent visit with an ear infection are Fiona , Jo and Dr Rachel. Fiona and Jo have wonderful customer service skills, they were both friendly polite and made me feel relaxed and welcome. I laughed along with their banter, and they helped me understand and work out a diet plan for Bella (she is a little overweight) they explained this in a clear and humorous way along with the instructions the medication that Bella had been prescribed, making the whole ear washing procedure a lot more pleasurable (for me anyway). Dr Rachel was caring and explained anything too me and I would highly recommend their services. great service, and Bella has lost 1kg within a week
