A lovely coastal park right on the water.
The park is quite big and a couple of kilometers from the bustle of Port Lincoln.
There is an exceptional camp kitchen with everything, including oven ad hotplates.
There is also a large TV in there and plenty of seating. There are four barbeques!
There are three amenities blocks, older ones at each end and a new one in the middle. They are all good but the showers are a touch bigger in the new block.
There is a walking trail through the water side of the park and a jetty to fish off.
There is a small kiosk as well.
Approximate cost: $30
A very large caravan park set on a hillside with great ocean views! The powered site we had wasn't very level unfortunately. Big clean amenities and well maintained grounds. Our experience was a bit soured on our last morning there when I caught a young person sneaking into our camper trailer at 5am to steal stuff (he'd hit another trailer just down from us the night before), unfortunately it happens there occasionally so make sure you lock up!
great review
This is a quite a big caravan park, with lots of sites. It is set on a hillside, and the sites are cut into the slope, so that just about every one has a really nice view of the sea and Boston Island and the surrounding coastline. It is all grassed and the toilets and showers are large and modern and clean. It is quite steep, but all the sites are nice and level, and I didnt find it a big problem to manoevre our van onto the site, as long as you take it steady. The roads are all bitumenised.
