We went to and had lunch on the grass it was lovely looking at the water little bit windy but it was good wish kempsey had a beach in town of course I had to go for a swim we bought fish chips to have there for lunch mum enjoyed it we all did the whole family great family spot

This is a beautiful beach lots of people go there,
They have recently put a gym at the beach for the people that can't afford to go t o any other gyms... It is at town beach reserve for people to work out there as a lot of people go for long walks along the beach for great exercise and a great view. The gym is for 18 plus. And has great equipment and instructors will be there inbetween the 2nd and the 9th of September and to view session times please go on to there website to view times.
