Free covid testing was fast but so unprofessional and doesn’t even give you anything or inform you that you need to ask for proof that you had the covid test unlike other sites it is automatically given.

I want to shout out to the reception staff at Port Melbourne Medical during Covid-19 pandemic. Our family has been going to this clinic for years and during the pandemic we were hesitant to book in a see a doctor when our daughter became unwell. But when we called and spoke to Melissa on reception she went above and beyond to to get an appointment and she explained the process (about waiting in the car) and how we would interact with the doctor. Melissa was so kind and caring and I can't speak highly enough of her professionalism to help us get the medical care we needed. I can't imagine what is must be like for the reception staff to be on the front line under such stress for so many months during this pandemic and yet continue to smile and support our community.

Had my skin checked here by one of the doctors here, who specialises in the field. Can highly recommend. Seeing someone that qualified has given me good piece of mind. This place doesn't bulk bill unfortunately, but I haven't found any place in the area that does.

Really great medical clinic, and definitely the best in the area. I've had such a positive experience seeing all the doctors - Dr Fiona and Dr Justin especially. They are thorough, friendly and knowledgeable and I certainly feel like they genuinely take care to look after their patients. I didn't really want to change clinics again after finding another 'okay' clinic in the area, but so many friends recommended them, so I started going to this centre with my bub after he was born. So glad I did. They have a pathology service onsite as well as a nurse to provide immunisations etc. which is very handy. You can also book appointments online, so don't have to wait till they open in the morning to find out if you can get in to see the doctor. That has been so handy!!!!
