If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Very disappointed with service !!! Wanting to exchange a size in a $200 trench coat was sent to the DFO Brisbane store from another store located more than 50mins away. First store tried to call numerous time but with no answer. Was told they have one in my size get there and I’m told that it is on hold for someone else!!!! Who put it on hold if you don’t answer the phone I’m then told they dont answer the phones on the weekend. Horrible experience and the culture is obviously driven from the unfriendly mature staff.

This is a gem of a store, always a discount, always a bargain. Around end of year they usually do a 50% off everything. Best buy yet a beautiful silk dress for $15, discounted way down from the original $100.
