this has got to be the best store ever, such great products, great prices and great customer service, their clothing is so stylish and great prices, customer service were friendly and patiant

i do like their stype of clothes. they can have some really nice business wear for ladies and some very unique evening wear. but sometimes i think they charge a bit too much for their clothes.

Portmans is a chain so the quality and value is not really a feature of this particular outlet - it was the service. The shop assistant was so snakey and nasty to me. I cancelled a lay-by and she acted like it was the biggest annoyance of her day. Then I stayed for a long time trying things on and one shop assistant said to the other "are they still here?" I was furious.
