I have been taking my dog to posh pooch for years and was seriously considering a change of groomer... Until the new management came in. They are so lovely to deal with (a nice change from previous), they really care about each individual dog (and actually listen to my grooming requests), and by not overbooking every day, can give them the time and effort our puppies deserve! My dog has been very anxious being groomed previously, however seemed much more relaxed when I picked him up today. Especially after he was given a little treat on his way out the door :) And now they finally have eftpos!Hooray! Thanks Posh Pooch, super happy! We will be back again and again..

We started taking our dog Garth (Maltese X) to Posh Pooch when we moved to East Vic Park about 4 months ago, he has been 3 or 4 times since then. I wanted to write a review as we did have a look at this website after we had made the booking to get an idea of what to expect: Every time that we have picked Garthy up he has been completely relaxed and looks like he has had a great time! His hair has always been cut beautifully, and his nails trimmed as well. The customer service is wonderful, Posh Pooch was the only salon in the area that I was able to get hold of to make an appointment (called me back within a few hours of my message), and I also really appreciate that the young lady on the counter always lets me know how he went. Most importantly, whenever I go in to pick him up he is always following around or sitting with one of the staff - if he still likes them after he's been bathed and had his nails done then they must be doing something right :)!

What a huge disappointment Posh Pooch was! I took my cute maltese/shitzu/toy poodle in to be tidied up for xmas & when I arrived to pick her up I didn't even recognize her!!They had shaved her body (when I asked for her to be not too short) & her facial/head fur was uneven & not washed properly. So all those cute comments she was used of getting have now turned to laughter at how ridiculous the groom looks. The poor little girl.....I wont be returning here & encourage others to think carefully before doing so. There has to be better dog groomers in Perth than this who are prepared to put in the time & effort to groom properly.

I was a 6 year client. Not going back. Gone downhill since new management. Uneven clip. Knots. Not brushed. Cuts. Now a $200+ vet bill from the cut on the paw. Do not recommend.

I took my standard poodle to Posh Pooch yesterday (Saturday) for the first time since the new owner David took over. What a fantastic job you did! I don't think my poodle has ever looked so good, and has never been so happy after a groom. Even tho you were very busy, you listened to my requests and looked after my baby. Will definitely be recommending you to everyone. Thank you :)

went into posh pooch at the start of the week an found the new owner very friendly an professional couldn't fault any thing he did with my dog have to say a big thanks to david an his lovely staff for looking after my butchy an will be defiantly be coming back

We have been customers of the award winning WA Dog Grooming Academy in Kelmscott for several years. Kim and David have recently expanded into Posh Pooch. Kim is a master groomer of well over 25 years' experience and her work is exemplary. She does a fantastic job and the pooches she clips and grooms, including our little poodle, always look brilliant, well cared for and happy. I highly recommend David and Kim for their exellent business ethics and care of dogs groomed by them.

Second visit since new ownership and am very happy with the grooms they have completed on our Mini Schnauzer. Absolutely recommend Posh Pooch to anyone looking for a good, well priced and professional groomer. We are ongoing clients and believe that this place is just as good as its always been.
