They really made an effort to explain things to use and keep us informed at every stage, which was really appreciated by beginners like us. The staff are caring, vibrant and enthusiastic about their jobs, which makes them a pleasure to deal with. Since the move, the only trouble we've had is a very big delay in non-urgent repairs requested - I don't know if this is standard for real estate agencies.
